Introducing Phoenix: ARP Networks' New Customer Portal

ARP Networks, Inc., a VPS, dedicated server, and data center services provider for individuals and businesses looking to establish enterprise-class infrastructure, today announced the launch of Phoenix, its new customer portal. Founded in 1999, ARP Networks built Phoenix from the ground up to give customers direct, self-service control over every aspect of their infrastructure – from deploying new servers to managing billing.

“We have run customer infrastructure for over 25 years, and the portal is where that relationship really happens day to day,” said Garry Dolley, Co-Founder and Owner of ARP Networks, Inc. “Phoenix is the portal we always wanted to build. It puts customers in full control of their resources, without needing to open a ticket for every little thing.”

Phoenix covers the full lifecycle of an ARP Networks account. Customers can deploy VPS or ARP Thunder™ cloud dedicated servers in minutes, choosing from on-demand hourly billing or reserved monthly and longer-term plans. Each server detail page shows live bandwidth charts, current power state, network interfaces, and a full billing breakdown – all in one place. Power controls are built in: boot, shutdown, force-off, and reset are available directly from Phoenix. For customers who need deeper access, Phoenix provides an in-browser VNC console for direct video access to the virtual machine, as well as serial console access provisioned using stored SSH keys.

Storage and networking are first-class features. SSD storage volumes can be added to any virtual machine on demand, with pricing reflected immediately. IP address blocks and BGP sessions – including announced prefix details – are visible and manageable from the same dashboard. ARP Networks has always included native IPv6 and offered BGP sessions, and Phoenix gives those capabilities the portal interface they deserve.

“We support FreeBSD and OpenBSD, we include native IPv6 with every service, and we run our own fully redundant multi-path network,” said Dolley. “Phoenix finally gives all of that a portal that matches the quality of the infrastructure behind it. We pride ourselves on top-notch service, and the portal is part of that.”

Billing is integrated with Stripe. Customers can view, download, and pay invoices directly from Phoenix without contacting support. For teams, Phoenix supports multi-user accounts with role-based access control – account owners can invite colleagues by email, assign roles, and manage membership without staff involvement. Security features include two-factor authentication with any TOTP app and one-time backup codes, plus API keys for customers who want to automate their infrastructure workflows. A full support ticket system is built in, with file attachments and complete conversation history.

Existing customers can access Phoenix today by logging in. New customers can sign up for ARP Networks services directly through Phoenix.
